Alicia De Witt

Originally born in Dickinson, I spent most of my life living and going to school in Portland, Oregon. I graduated college from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I ultimately decided I wanted to be closer to family and moved back to Dickinson, ND in 2013. Changing career paths, I joined my Uncle Jay's team at ENG Lending with little knowledge of the mortgage industry at that time. I have thoroughly enjoyed growing and advancing within my now 10 years in my career.

The greatest joy of my job is the friendships made with the people that walk through our door. I love when they come in with a preconceived notion it will be a stressful process, then, seeing the instant relief when they realize we are a casual environment here to help and make things simple, fast, and easy.

When not working, I love soaking up all the time I can with my husband Deon and our two daughters, Camden and Paisley. Together, we enjoy making annual trips back to Oregon each summer to visit my mom and sister, family nights of grilling on our deck, and cheering for the Oregon Ducks during football season!
